Little and incredibly friendly hotel located next to old Pagosa Springs, a liquor store and Durango. Warm, comfy room with hot tub and free WiFi, for example, and absolutely kind staff. Incredibly comfortable and perfect location to a local Mexican restaurant well off the beaten tourist path, lovely place for a trip.

The room we had included a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a mini-refrigerator, and a microwave. The bed was nice; and there was a bath. Hotel's staff was absolutely kind all the time.

Sincerely, it was a such wonderful stay for the price. The staff was exceptionally kind and welcoming providing assistance. We had Wheelchair Accessible room with free WiFi, a queen sized bed, hot tub, which was important. The hotel had a central location next to a liquor store.

The staff was welcoming and we would have extended the stay. The location for Pagosa Springs was good and excellent, adjacent to old Pagosa Springs and the new part of town, a local Mexican restaurant and local eateries. Also, it was 3 miles from Crossfit Pagosa.

The owners were attentive, making the stay enjoyable. The location was close to downtown and a short drive to Durango.
